Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavor of Oreos with a creamy filling. Perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 22 regular Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 whole Oreos, chopped
  • Optional: homemade whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. For the crust, pulse 22 Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor, combine with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. For the filling, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla.
  5. Fold the whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  7. Serve with optional whipped cream on top.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing. For a stronger Oreo flavor, add more crushed Oreos to the filling.
