Description

A deliciously indulgent dessert combining cream cheese, white chocolate, and chocolate sandwich cookies, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 cup chocolate fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and blend it well with the mixture.
  5. Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
  6. Mix in the sour cream and heavy cream until everything is smooth.
  7. Stir in the melted white chocolate until it’s fully combined.
  8. Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
  9. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is just set, and the top looks slightly dry.
  11. Once baked, let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Before serving, drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce over the top of your cheesecake tower.

Notes

For a creamier texture, let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving. This dessert can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
