- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Optional: crushed nuts for topping
Instructions
- Softening the vanilla ice cream in a large bowl until it’s easy to stir, but be careful not to let it melt completely.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups until evenly mixed.
- Break the cookie dough into small pieces and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and peanut butter, swirling for a marbled effect.
- Transfer to an airtight container and press plastic wrap against the surface to prevent ice crystals.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop into bowls and top with whipped cream and crushed nuts if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. For crunchier texture, add nuts before serving.
