A delightful ice cream combining cookie dough, Snickers, and Reese’s peanut butter cups for a delicious treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Snickers bars (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, mix softened butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add vanilla, milk, and heat-treated flour. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Roll the mixture into small chunks and freeze them for later use.
- Prepare the Ice Cream Base: In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Chill this mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Churn & Mix-Ins: Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the instructions. In the last few minutes, add in the frozen cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s peanut butter cups.
- Freeze & Serve: Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for 4-6 hours or until it becomes firm. Scoop some out and enjoy your delicious creation!
Notes
Make sure to heat-treat your flour to eliminate any raw flour risks. Use mini versions of candy for better mixing.
