Instructions
- Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Mix in the vanilla extract and milk. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips. Roll the dough into small chunks or crumble it and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Ice Cream Base: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble the Ice Cream: Fold the cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s into the ice cream base. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, until firm.
- Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts or extra candy pieces for a decadent finish.
