Indulge in this delicious combination of cookie dough, Snickers, and Reese’s in a creamy ice cream dessert that’s perfect for warm days or any sweet craving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups
  • Chocolate sauce (for topping, optional)
  • Crushed peanuts (for topping, optional)
  • Extra Reese’s or Snickers pieces (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Mix in the vanilla extract and milk. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips. Roll the dough into small chunks or crumble it and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Ice Cream Base: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Ice Cream: Fold the cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s into the ice cream base. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a freezer-safe container.
  4. Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, until firm.
  5. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts or extra candy pieces for a decadent finish.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. Ensure it is covered well to prevent ice crystals.
