Description

A delightful dessert that combines creamy ice cream with chunks of Snickers bars, Reese’s peanut butter cups, and delicious cookie dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 4 Snickers bars (chopped)
  • 4 Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and salt. Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour until fully combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, then form small dough balls.
  2. Prepare the Ice Cream: In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until thickened. Stir in the peanut butter and chocolate syrup until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Ice Cream: Layer half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the chopped Snickers and Reese’s pieces, then add half of the cookie dough balls. Repeat with the remaining ice cream, Snickers, Reese’s, and cookie dough.
  4. Freeze: Cover the loaf pan and freeze the ice cream for 4-6 hours, or until firm.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop out this delicious combo of cookie dough, Snickers, Reese’s, and creamy ice cream.

Notes

For a fun twist, try adding some crushed Oreos or your favorite nuts. This ice cream is also great paired with warm desserts like brownies.
