A delightful dessert that combines creamy ice cream with chunks of Snickers bars, Reese’s peanut butter cups, and delicious cookie dough.

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 4 Snickers bars (chopped)
- 4 Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped)
Instructions
- Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and salt. Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour until fully combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, then form small dough balls.
- Prepare the Ice Cream: In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until thickened. Stir in the peanut butter and chocolate syrup until smooth.
- Assemble the Ice Cream: Layer half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the chopped Snickers and Reese’s pieces, then add half of the cookie dough balls. Repeat with the remaining ice cream, Snickers, Reese’s, and cookie dough.
- Freeze: Cover the loaf pan and freeze the ice cream for 4-6 hours, or until firm.
- Serve and Enjoy: Scoop out this delicious combo of cookie dough, Snickers, Reese’s, and creamy ice cream.
Notes
For a fun twist, try adding some crushed Oreos or your favorite nuts. This ice cream is also great paired with warm desserts like brownies.
