A delicious dessert that combines creamy ice cream with cookie dough, Snickers bars, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Snickers bars, chopped
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- Cookie dough (from above)
- Chocolate sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Chopped peanuts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually stir in the flour and fold in the mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers, chopped Reese’s, and cookie dough pieces into the ice cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
- Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to soften the butter for easy mixing. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours for the right texture.
