A rich, creamy pie made with Oreo cookies, perfect for parties or a sweet treat.

- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 20 cookies)
- 1 package Oreo cookies (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form an even crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is set and firm. Let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and then fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until well combined.
- Pour the creamy filling into the cooled Oreo crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until fully set.
- Before serving, top with additional Oreo cookies for decoration.

Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
