Description

A rich, creamy pie made with Oreo cookies, perfect for parties or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 20 cookies)
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form an even crust.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is set and firm. Let it cool completely.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Gently fold in the whipped cream and then fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until well combined.
  8. Pour the creamy filling into the cooled Oreo crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until fully set.
  10. Before serving, top with additional Oreo cookies for decoration.

Notes

Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
