- 200g Oreo cookies (without filling)
- 80g melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup whole Oreo cookies, chopped (for layering)
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies for the crust in a food processor until fine. Mix with melted butter and firmly press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Add the chopped Oreo cookies into the mixture and gently fold them in.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Once set, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired before serving.
