Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining Oreos with a creamy filling, perfect for warm days and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 200g Oreo cookies (without filling)
  • 80g melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup whole Oreo cookies, chopped (for layering)
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies for the crust in a food processor until fine. Mix with melted butter and firmly press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Add the chopped Oreo cookies into the mixture and gently fold them in.
  5. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Once set, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired before serving.
