- 200g Oreo cookies (only the cookies, without the filling)
- 80g melted butter
- 300ml whipping cream
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a cake pan to form the base.
- In a bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla essence until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the Oreo base and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
