Description
A delicious and easy sandwich made from leftover meatloaf, layered with mayonnaise, provolone cheese, and lettuce.
Ingredients
- Meatloaf
- White Bread
- Mayonnaise
- Provolone Cheese
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- Russet Potatoes (for Steak Fries)
Instructions
- Slice the meatloaf into sandwich-sized pieces.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of white bread.
- Layer a slice of provolone cheese and shredded iceberg lettuce on top of the meatloaf slice.
- Top with another slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- For the steak fries, cut russet potatoes into wedges, toss with oil, salt, and pepper, and bake in an oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 30-35 minutes until crispy.
Notes
For best taste, eat the sandwich cold or reheat the meatloaf slice before assembling.
