  • 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, chilled brewed coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. During the last few minutes of churning, sprinkle in the finely chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours to firm up.
