Description

A delicious and creamy coconut pudding that brings tropical paradise to your table. Simple to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 400 ml of liquid milk
  • 100 g of grated coconut
  • 200 g of milk cream
  • 12 g of flavorless gelatin (1 envelope)
  • 120 ml of water (1/2 cup)
  • Extra grated coconut to decorate

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and reserve.
  2. Blend coconut milk, condensed milk, liquid milk, grated coconut, milk cream, and dissolved gelatin until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour into a slightly oiled mold and refrigerate until firm (minimum 4 hours).
  4. Unmold carefully and decorate with extra grated coconut. Ready to enjoy!

Notes

To make it dairy-free, replace the liquid milk and milk cream with coconut cream or almond milk.
