Ingredients

- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 400 ml of liquid milk
- 100 g of grated coconut
- 200 g of milk cream
- 12 g of flavorless gelatin (1 envelope)
- 120 ml of water (1/2 cup)
- Extra grated coconut to decorate
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and reserve.
- Blend coconut milk, condensed milk, liquid milk, grated coconut, milk cream, and dissolved gelatin until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour into a slightly oiled mold and refrigerate until firm (minimum 4 hours).
- Unmold carefully and decorate with extra grated coconut. Ready to enjoy!
Notes
To make it dairy-free, replace the liquid milk and milk cream with coconut cream or almond milk.
