Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and coconut milk to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Frost the cooled cake with whipped cream and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Chill before serving.
