Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the melted dark chocolate and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate cream cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow the cheesecake to set.
