Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of sweet vanilla pudding, bananas, and crunchy vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (like Nilla Wafers)
  • 45 ripe bananas (sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until well blended and set aside to thicken (about 5 minutes).
  2. In another bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the pudding mixture.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. In a serving dish, layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding on top.
  6. Chill for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Add fresh banana slices or crushed vanilla wafers on top for decoration.
