Description

A delightful dessert that combines rich cheesecake with the warm flavors of cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the white sugar, sour cream, and flour until fully combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  6. In a separate small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the first cream cheese layer.
  7. Carefully pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon layer. Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the cream cheese to create a marbled effect.
  8. Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes.
  9. After baking, turn off the oven but leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour with the oven door closed to cool slowly.
  10. Once cooled, chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  11. Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Don’t skip the cooling step in the oven; it helps to prevent cracking. Consider adding nuts or chocolate chips for a fun twist.
