- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the white sugar, sour cream, and flour until everything is fully combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour half of this cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the first cream cheese layer.
- Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon layer. Use a knife to gently swirl the mixture for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 60 minutes. After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an extra hour with the door closed.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy!
