  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in the white sugar, sour cream, and flour until everything is fully combined.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour half of this cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the first cream cheese layer.
  8. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon layer. Use a knife to gently swirl the mixture for a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes. After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an extra hour with the door closed.
  10. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  11. Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy!
