- 200g cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150ml cream
- 200g cinnamon roll dough
- 100g crushed biscuits
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50g brown sugar
- 50g chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press the mixture into a cake tin.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the cream and cinnamon, then pour half of the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough, sprinkle it with brown sugar and nuts, and roll it into swirls.
- Place the swirls on top of the cream mixture and cover them with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Once done, let it cool and chill in the refrigerator for 240 minutes.
- Dust with cinnamon before serving.
Notes
Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Don’t skip chilling the cheesecake; this helps it set properly.
