A delightful dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with warm cinnamon rolls, perfect for impressing family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml cream
  • 200g cinnamon roll dough
  • 100g crushed biscuits
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press the mixture into a cake tin.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add the cream and cinnamon, then pour half of the mixture over the biscuit base.
  5. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough, sprinkle it with brown sugar and nuts, and roll it into swirls.
  6. Place the swirls on top of the cream mixture and cover them with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Once done, let it cool and chill in the refrigerator for 240 minutes.
  9. Dust with cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Don’t skip chilling the cheesecake; this helps it set properly.
