A delightful treat combining creamy cheesecake and warm cinnamon roll flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml cream
  • 200g cinnamon roll dough
  • 100g crushed biscuits
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a cake tin to form a base.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Then, add the cream and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base.
  5. Roll out the cinnamon dough and sprinkle it with brown sugar and chopped nuts. Roll it up tightly to create swirls.
  6. Place the cinnamon swirls on top of the cream cheese mixture in the cake tin.
  7. Cover the cinnamon swirls with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  9. Once baked, let it cool and then chill it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  10. Before serving, dust the top with a little extra cinnamon for added flavor.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature to help it blend smoothly. You can add chocolate chips or fruit for variations.
