- 200g cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150ml cream
- 200g cinnamon roll dough
- 100g crushed biscuits
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50g brown sugar
- 50g chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a cake tin to form a base.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Then, add the cream and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base.
- Roll out the cinnamon dough and sprinkle it with brown sugar and chopped nuts. Roll it up tightly to create swirls.
- Place the cinnamon swirls on top of the cream cheese mixture in the cake tin.
- Cover the cinnamon swirls with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool and then chill it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust the top with a little extra cinnamon for added flavor.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature to help it blend smoothly. You can add chocolate chips or fruit for variations.
