Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup warm water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth.
- Let it rise for about an hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Shape the risen dough into bagels by forming a small ball and poking a hole in the center.
- Boil each bagel briefly in water for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Place the boiled bagels on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Make sure your water is warm but not too hot, and consider adding more raisins or nuts for added flavor.
