Description

A festive and colorful treat perfect for sharing during the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red and green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly over low heat until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Color the Fudge: Divide the melted mixture into three bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl and green to another, leaving the third bowl plain.
  4. Layer the Fudge: Pour the red fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Add the plain fudge layer on top, followed by the green fudge. Swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
  5. Add Sprinkles: While warm, sprinkle holiday-themed sprinkles on top for extra festivity.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.

Notes
