Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  6. Pipe 1 1/2-inch swirls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool completely. Dip them in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
