A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate and creamy vanilla in elegant layers.
Ingredients

- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 30 grams sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 ml whole liquid cream
- 50 grams icing sugar
- 1 scoop vanilla
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt until fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and set aside.
- Whip the whole liquid cream until soft peaks form.
- Sift in the icing sugar and add the vanilla, then continue to whip until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mousse mixture.
- Layer the chocolate mousse and vanilla mousse alternately in serving glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
