Description
A delightful dessert that combines chocolate and peanut butter in a rich, creamy filling with a crunchy crust.
Ingredients
Scale
- 20 Nutter Butters
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 20 Reese’s peanut butter cups
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9” pie dish with nonstick spray. Pulse the Nutter Butters into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into the pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat until melted, pour over the cooled crust, and place Reese’s cups on top. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the peanut butter mixture. Spread this layer over the fudge layer, drizzling with melted chocolate. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the peanut butter layer. You can customize with different chocolates or candies.
