- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup strawberry purée
- 1 chocolate cookie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Split the batter into two bowls. Mix one half with the melted dark chocolate and the other half with strawberry purée.
- Pour both batters into the chocolate cookie crust, alternating spoonfuls.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the batters together for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 40 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
