  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup strawberry purée
  • 1 chocolate cookie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Split the batter into two bowls. Mix one half with the melted dark chocolate and the other half with strawberry purée.
  5. Pour both batters into the chocolate cookie crust, alternating spoonfuls.
  6. Use a knife to gently swirl the batters together for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
