- 200 g black chocolate
- 200 g white chocolate
- 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
- 200 ml milk cream
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 150 g cookies
- 200 g fresh strawberries (sliced)
- Sighs (meringues) to taste
Instructions
- Melt the chocolates in separate bowls using a water bath or microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Prepare the black chocolate cream by mixing half of the condensed milk and milk cream with the melted black chocolate until well combined.
- Make the white brigadeiro by cooking the remaining condensed milk with margarine and white chocolate. Stir until thickened, then let cool and mix in the remaining milk.
- Layer the dessert starting with cookies at the bottom of the serving dish.
- Pour the black chocolate cream over the cookies.
- Add sliced strawberries and meringues on top.
- Cover with white brigadeiro cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
- Before serving, decorate with additional strawberries and meringues.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality chocolate. Let creams cool slightly before layering to avoid melting cookies.
