- 1 lb chocolate cake mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Sliced strawberries
- Melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for about 10 minutes until set and let it cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, whip the heavy cream with the cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cheesecake.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with melted chocolate. Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally with extra whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
