  • Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for about 10 minutes until set and let it cool completely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Once set, whip the heavy cream with the cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cheesecake.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with melted chocolate. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, optionally with extra whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
