Description

A fun and delicious dessert combining brownies, marshmallows, and coconut for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box to prepare brownies)
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a greased pan. Allow to cool.
  2. Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares.
  3. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  4. Dip each brownie square into the whipped cream, then roll in mini marshmallows.
  5. Roll the coated brownies in shredded coconut until fully covered.
  6. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and mix in the vanilla extract.
  7. Drizzle the chocolate over the coconut-covered brownies for decoration.
  8. If using, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the remaining whipped cream and mix.
  9. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a firmer texture.

Notes

Make sure brownies are well-cooled before cutting to prevent crumbling. Experiment with different toppings for added texture and flavor.
