– 30g (1.1 oz) peanut butter

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together using a double boiler or microwave.  

2. Break the rice cakes into small pieces (1-inch size) in a medium bowl.  

3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the rice cakes and toss to coat evenly.  

4. Spread the chocolate-covered rice cake pieces on a parchment paper-lined tray.  

5. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.
