- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra chocolate chips for topping
- Chocolate drizzle (melted chocolate)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and brush the melted chocolate into muffin tin cups to form a shell. Let it harden.
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed chocolate cookies and additional chocolate chips.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate shells and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with more chocolate chips.
- Chill until set, then remove from the tin and serve.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
