- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- Peanut butter cups for topping
Instructions
- Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a springform pan and chill it in the refrigerator.
- In a mixing bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the chocolate crust. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top, then add the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Chill the cheesecake for 4 to 6 hours or until it is set.
- Before serving, garnish the top with pieces of peanut butter cups.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smooth filling. For added flavor, try different flavored cookie crumbs for the crust.
