A rich and creamy dessert that combines the sweet flavors of chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • Peanut butter cups for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a springform pan and chill it in the refrigerator.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the chocolate crust. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top, then add the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  5. Chill the cheesecake for 4 to 6 hours or until it is set.
  6. Before serving, garnish the top with pieces of peanut butter cups.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smooth filling. For added flavor, try different flavored cookie crumbs for the crust.
