  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and milk.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, fold in whipped cream.
  7. Invert the cooled cake onto a towel, spread filling, and roll into a log.
  8. Chill for at least one hour, slice, and serve.
