- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and milk.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
- Pour the batter into the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, fold in whipped cream.
- Invert the cooled cake onto a towel, spread filling, and roll into a log.
- Chill for at least one hour, slice, and serve.
