- 12 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter of choice)
- 1/4 cup colorful chocolate candies
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions
- Carefully twist apart each chocolate sandwich cookie, keeping the halves intact.
- Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on one half of each cookie. If you like it sweeter, mix a little honey or maple syrup into the peanut butter before spreading.
- Press a few chocolate candies into the peanut butter layer, making sure they are evenly distributed.
- Place the other half of the cookie back on top, gently pressing down to secure the filling.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
Notes
Use a variety of nut butters for different flavors. Consider adding sea salt or using various chocolate candies for color.
