- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (additional)
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
- Add the creamy peanut butter and additional powdered sugar to the chocolate pudding mixture, mixing until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the crushed graham crackers, followed by half of the banana slices.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas, then half of the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, bananas, pudding, and whipped cream.
- Top with mini chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid for storage. Enjoy within 3-4 days for optimal taste.
