Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (additional)
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  3. Add the creamy peanut butter and additional powdered sugar to the chocolate pudding mixture, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the crushed graham crackers, followed by half of the banana slices.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas, then half of the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, bananas, pudding, and whipped cream.
  7. Top with mini chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid for storage. Enjoy within 3-4 days for optimal taste.
