- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (additional)
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Stir in the creamy peanut butter and additional powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a large trifle dish or serving bowl, layer the ingredients: start with a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by a layer of the peanut butter chocolate mixture, then a layer of sliced bananas, and a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and flavor. Can be made ahead of time.
