Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (additional)
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  3. Stir in the creamy peanut butter and additional powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a large trifle dish or serving bowl, layer the ingredients: start with a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by a layer of the peanut butter chocolate mixture, then a layer of sliced bananas, and a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  6. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and flavor. Can be made ahead of time.
