- 2 cups (about 200g) Oreo cookies, crushed (filling included)
- 5 tbsp (70g) unsalted butter, melted
- 200g (7oz) dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream, chilled
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream (for topping)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for topping)
- Chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Oreo Base: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate to set.
- Prepare the Chocolate Mousse: Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. In another bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Assemble the Cake: Spread the chocolate mousse over the chilled Oreo base. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight for best results.
- Add the Topping: Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over the mousse layer and garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or crushed Oreos.
- Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove the springform pan ring, slice the cake, and serve chilled.

Store any leftover cake in the refrigerator, covered loosely with plastic wrap or an airtight container, for up to 3 days.
