Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease two 8-inch round pans.
- Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy.

- Gradually mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and cooled coffee.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.

- Layer one cake with the mocha cream, then place the second cake on top.
- Pour chocolate ganache over the cake, letting it drizzle down the sides.
