  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 strawberry for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease two 8-inch round pans.
  3. Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and mix well.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and cooled coffee.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cakes cool completely.
  9. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with a spoonful of coffee for flavor.
  10. Layer one cake with the mocha cream, then place the second cake on top.
  11. Pour chocolate ganache over the cake, letting it drizzle down the sides.
