- 400 grams dark chocolate (chopped)
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 200 grams cream
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine condensed milk and butter over medium heat until thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
- Stir in cream to the condensed milk mixture.
- In a serving dish, layer melted chocolate, then the condensed milk and cream mixture, repeating until finished with chocolate.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Serve cut into squares or in cups, garnished with chocolate shavings, whipped cream, or fresh berries.
Notes
For a stronger coffee flavor, consider adding instant coffee or espresso powder to the condensed milk mixture. Chop the chocolate into small pieces for even melting.
