- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
