- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Freeze the mixture for about 240 minutes until solid.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the egg and continue to mix. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
- Once the cookies are cool, take a scoop of ice cream and place it between two cookies to create a sandwich. Repeat with remaining cookies. Enjoy your chocolate ice cream sandwiches!
