  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Freeze the mixture for about 240 minutes until solid.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the egg and continue to mix. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
