- 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, salt, and toasted hazelnuts until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
