  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Hot fudge sauce
  • Peanuts or almonds
  • Cherry on top
  • Chocolate curls (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract afterward.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until everything is smooth.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares.
  7. To serve, place a brownie in a bowl, top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and drizzle generously with hot fudge sauce.
  8. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of nuts, and a cherry on top. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure brownies are not overmixed for a fudgy texture. Add a pinch of espresso powder for extra chocolate flavor.
