- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
- Hot fudge sauce
- Peanuts or almonds
- Cherry on top
- Chocolate curls (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix everything until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool completely, then cut them into squares.
- Top each brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle hot fudge sauce generously over the ice cream.
- Add whipped cream, sprinkle nuts on top, and finish it off with a cherry.
- Serve immediately for the best experience!
Notes
Make sure not to over-mix the brownie batter. Customize your sundae with your favorite nuts or toppings for added flavor.
