Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Hot fudge sauce
  • Peanuts or almonds
  • Cherry on top
  • Chocolate curls (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely, then cut them into squares.
  7. Top each brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  8. Drizzle hot fudge sauce generously over the ice cream.
  9. Add whipped cream, sprinkle nuts on top, and finish it off with a cherry.
  10. Serve immediately for the best experience!

Notes

Make sure not to over-mix the brownie batter. Customize your sundae with your favorite nuts or toppings for added flavor.
