- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 box brownie mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- To make the fudge glaze, heat heavy cream until it simmers. Stir in chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and let it set before serving.
Notes
Serve at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, fresh berries or whipped cream on top. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
