Description

A rich and delicious dessert that combines moist chocolate cake and fudgy brownies, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. To make the fudge glaze, heat heavy cream until it simmers. Stir in chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and let it set before serving.

Notes

Serve at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, fresh berries or whipped cream on top. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
