- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 box brownie mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, and sour cream. Mix until well blended and smooth, avoiding overmixing. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
- For the fudge glaze, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then stir in chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
- Drizzle the warm fudge glaze over the cooled cake and let it set for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
