Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Strawberry sauce (for drizzle)
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add sour cream. Pour over the crust and bake for about 40 minutes or until set. Allow to cool.
  3. For the no-bake layer, mix mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth. Spread over the cooled baked layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, drizzle with strawberry sauce and garnish with fresh strawberries.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened for a smoother texture. Chill the cake adequately to let it set properly.
