Scale
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Strawberry sauce (for drizzle)

- For the no-bake layer, mix mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth. Spread over the cooled baked layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with strawberry sauce and garnish with fresh strawberries.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is softened for a smoother texture. Chill the cake adequately to let it set properly.
