- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a cake pan to form a crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the mixture over the crust and drizzle with half of the chocolate ganache.
- Add another layer of the cream mixture and top with the remaining ganache.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for 6 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. Allow the cake to set for the full 6 hours for the best flavor.
