- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until fully combined.
- Gradually fold in the flour, mixing until just incorporated.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cookie dough mixture, taking care to retain the mousse’s airy texture.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls and chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving for the best texture.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for easier mixing. You can try different types of chocolate chips for a twist.
