- 2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate chip cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Spread the vanilla ice cream over the crust and smooth it out.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the ice cream, pressing slightly so it sinks in.
- Spread whipped cream on top of the cookie dough layer.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) until firm.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve.
Notes
For best results, freeze overnight and serve with extra whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or sprinkles.
