Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate chip cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Spread the vanilla ice cream over the crust and smooth it out.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the ice cream, pressing slightly so it sinks in.
  4. Spread whipped cream on top of the cookie dough layer.
  5. Freeze for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) until firm.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve.

Notes

For best results, freeze overnight and serve with extra whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or sprinkles.
